Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in Veritaas Loyalty & Referral program which is operated by Veritaas Health care Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Veritaas Health care Pvt Ltd for services or otherwise. Veritaas Health Care Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate Veritaas Loyalty & referral program and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program at any time and in its sole discretion and effective immediately. These changes will be available on www.veritaas.co and may not be separately intimated or brought to the attention of a Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program. In case of such situations, on these changes or modifications, your rights will be waived which you may be entitled to receive. Your participation in Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies from time to time to understand the Terms and conditions that apply to Veritaas. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program

List of Applicabe Centres

The Loyalty points earned can be redeemed only at company owned Clinic located in DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon.

Program Description

Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program is a Loyalty & Referral program to offer not just savings but help people make better health a priority not only for themselves but also for their Family /Friends/ Relatives/ Colleagues etc

Eligibilty

All transacting customers are eligible for the loyalty & referral program who have visited Veritaas Centre via visiting to labs and/or booking a home collection.

Enrolment

After a transaction with Veritaas, a person will be enrolled to the program and will receive the enrolment message within a week.

Earning & Redemption of Veritaas Points

(a) A customer can earn points on making an eligible spend at their Clinic and/or booking a home collection. (b) A person can redeem points while paying for any of the tests purchased via walking at Veritaas Clinic or Home Collect. (c) 1 point = 1 INR. (d) Points will be accrued within a 3-4 working days of transaction. (e) Loyalty & Referral points cannot be en-cashed, can only be redeemed against a transaction. (f) Points once redeemed against a transaction in the system cannot be re- credited for any transaction (g) Points collected in one account can be used only by the account holder & cannot be transferred to another account. (h) Loyalty discount cannot be clubbed with other discounts (i) Points awarded on transactions are valid for 12 months & all other bonus points are valid for 6 months or subject to the rules of the bonus. The validity of the points can be changed as per the program design from time to time.

Additional Terms

(a) Without prejudice to other rights of Veritaas, the membership of a Veritaas Loyalty & Referral program member may be terminated at its sole discretion without assigning any reason, in the event Veritaas is of the view that any conduct of a Veritaas Loyalty program member is unacceptable or inappropriate. (b) Veritaas disclaims all responsibility and liability with respect to any act or omission by any of the Partners, their directors, employees, agents or contractors. (c) Veritaas shall be entitled to use personal information provided by the Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program Member for marketing of the Veritaas Loyalty& Referral Program, without further reference to the Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program member.

Earn

There are multiple ways in which customers can earn reward points for their transactions with Veritaas.
1. Enrolment bonus (one time)
2. Reward points earned on every lab test booking – for every 100 rupees spent you get 10 points. On health check-ups for every 100 rupees spent you get 5 points
3. 1point = Re 1
4. Refer relatives/friends/ Colleagues etc for Lab tests & earn 100 bonus points per referral (once it converts into a transaction)
There are certain other ways to earn points which will be communicated to you as per the program from time to time.
There is no limit on the number of points that you can earn.
Points will be accrued in your account within 3-4 working days of transaction.
Yes, you can earn reward points for your Veritaas Loyalty & Referral Program account for the tests done for your family members, if you have used the same phone number for registration. The points earned for the Veritaas Loyalty & Referral program are based on the phone number used at the time of registration.

Redemption

1 point = 1 INR
Reward Points awarded on transactions (test bookings) are valid for 12 months. All other bonus points are valid for a maximum of 6 months, depending on the type of bonus points. Bonus points rewarded as a part of a consumer campaign may be valid for a limited period which will be communicated at the time of launch of the scheme or at the time of release of points.
You can redeem your earned reward points while paying for any of the pathology tests purchased while walking in at Veritaas Clinic or through home collection. Please ask the front desk officer to use your Veritaas reward points, during the payment procedure.
